Mountain valley did a great job meeting my needs.
Why does this feedback not ask about "quality of customer service?" I would replace "Was this helpful?" with "What was the quality of your customer experience?"

I have found dealing with Mountain Valley Lumber to be very easy and practical. They really love Lumber, logging and building log homes there in Saguache. John Baxter is about as kind a man as you would want in a father, but he is the guy selling you lumber.
